How to register at Betgorillas
Opening an account takes a few minutes. The details you enter in those minutes, however, follow you to every withdrawal you will ever make, so this guide focuses on doing registration once and doing it right. Use the button below to reach the operator's site, then follow the steps.
Create an account in four steps
Open the sign-up form
Press the register or join button on the operator's site. Make sure the address bar shows the operator's real domain.
Enter real details
Full legal name, date of birth and address exactly as on your ID; an e-mail and phone number you will keep. A typo here is the most common reason for a failed verification later.
Choose currency and password
Pick the currency your bank or wallet uses; it is hard to change later. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
Confirm and set limits
Confirm your e-mail or phone, then set a deposit limit before the first deposit. It takes a minute and protects your budget from the start.
Account verification: do it on day one
Licensed casinos must verify who they pay. Expect to upload a photo ID, a proof of address and possibly proof of your payment method. Doing it right after you open an account, before you need a withdrawal, turns the first payout from a waiting game into a routine step. Make sure photos are sharp, all four corners are visible and documents are current.
Log in and account access
To sign in, use the e-mail or phone and password you registered with. If you forgot the password, use the "forgot password" link on the login screen; a reset link or code arrives by e-mail or SMS. Turn on two-factor authentication if it is offered. Never share login details with anyone, including people claiming to be support staff.
Mobile registration
Registering on a phone works the same way as on a computer: the mobile site shows the same form. If the operator offers an app, registration inside the app follows the same steps; see our mobile guide for how to download an app safely. One account works across all devices — never open a second account on another device.
Welcome bonus at sign-up
The sign-up form or the first deposit screen may offer a welcome bonus or a field for a promo code. It is optional. Before accepting, read the wagering requirement and the maximum bet; the welcome bonus guide explains how a first deposit bonus affects your first withdrawal.
Cannot register? Common registration problems
- Restricted country. Operators do not accept players from certain countries. If yours is restricted, the form may block you — and using a VPN to get around it breaks the terms.
- E-mail or phone already used. Each person may hold one account; recover the old one instead of creating another.
- Age check failed. You must be of legal gambling age; details must match your ID.
- Account blocked after registration. Contact support and ask for the reason in writing; duplicate accounts and mismatched details are typical causes.
