Bonus terms and conditions, clause by clause

The general bonus rules of a casino are a few pages of dense text that decide whether a promotion pays out. We cannot reproduce the operator's document here, and it changes over time, but the clauses below appear in almost every set of bonus terms and conditions. Knowing what each one means makes the real document at Betgorillas quick to check.

Eligibility

Bonuses are usually limited to one per person, household, IP address and device, to players from accepted countries, and to verified accounts. Some offers exclude certain payment methods. If you are not eligible, the bonus may be credited automatically and removed later, so read this clause first.

Max bet with bonus

While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per spin or round applies. The limit is often low compared with normal table limits. One bet over it can be enough to void the bonus and the winnings. Some games do not enforce the limit technically, so the responsibility is yours.

Restricted games

A list of excluded or reduced-contribution games is standard: jackpots, some high-return slots, table and live games, and strategies that bet both sides of an outcome. Playing them with a bonus active may contribute nothing to wagering or void the bonus.

Bonus abuse

Terms define bonus abuse broadly: multiple accounts, collusion, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering, or opening accounts only to claim offers. The penalty is usually confiscation of bonus winnings and sometimes account closure. Genuine casual play does not trigger these clauses.

Deadlines, forfeiting and withdrawals

Each bonus has a validity period for claiming and another for wagering. A withdrawal request before wagering is complete may forfeit the bonus automatically. Forfeiting releases your real-money balance where the terms allow it, but removes the bonus and its winnings for good.

Changes and disputes

Operators reserve the right to change or withdraw promotions; already-claimed bonuses normally keep the terms in force when they were claimed. Take screenshots of the offer and its terms when you opt in. If a dispute arises, those screenshots are your evidence — see our complaints guide.
