Betgorillas mirror and access
Players sometimes find that a casino website will not open: the page times out, shows a block notice or redirects somewhere else. Operators respond to this with mirrors — alternative addresses for the same website. This page explains what a mirror is, why access can be blocked, and how to tell a genuine mirror from a copy built to steal logins.
What a mirror is
A mirror is a second domain that serves the same casino: the same account system, the same balance, the same cashier. You log in with the same details. Nothing is copied or transferred; it is simply another door into the same building.
Why access gets blocked
Access can be blocked for several reasons: a country's authorities may order internet providers to block gambling sites that are not licensed locally; a provider's network may have technical problems; or the domain itself may be changed by the operator. If the block comes from local law, it is a signal worth taking seriously: it can mean the operator is not authorised in your country, and playing there may breach local rules or leave you without consumer protection.
Finding a genuine mirror
- Use only addresses published by the operator itself: its e-mails to your registered address, its support chat or its verified social channels.
- Check that the login page uses HTTPS and that the account shows your real history after login.
- Be suspicious of mirror links in comments, forums, adverts or messages from strangers.
Fake mirrors and phishing
Fake mirrors copy the look of the casino to capture usernames, passwords and card details, or to take deposits that never reach a real account. Warning signs include unusual domain spellings, requests to deposit to a personal account or a crypto address in a chat, and "support agents" who contact you first. Never install a "mirror app" from an unknown source.
Do not use tricks to get around blocks
Using a VPN or similar tool to appear in another country typically breaks the operator's terms. Winnings can be confiscated and the account closed, and that usually happens exactly at withdrawal time, when the location of logins is checked.
If you cannot access your account
Contact support through an official channel, ask for the current address and request a withdrawal of your balance if you no longer want to play there. Our withdrawal guide and complaints guide cover the next steps.
